subtitle conversion(smi, srt)

1. libsubtitles-perl 설치
$ sudo apt-get install libsubtitles-perl

2. SMI to SRT
$ subs -c srt filename.smi -o filename.srt

3. SRT to SMI
$ subs -c smi filename.srt -o filename.smi
