borderlands 2 stuttering
결론: CPU 쿨러가 풀려 있었음 -.-
Game runs at an almost locked 60fps (1080p) for me, same as Borderlands 2. PhysX Medium (it runs High just fine, I just prefer less crap flying everywhere) Ambient Occlusion OFF (this always creates performance issues for me, regardless of game), View DIstance HIgh (not Ultra) and injectSMAA.. Runs and looks great!

Go to my documents/my games/borderlands 2/config/willow engine open it with notepad find dynamic shadows change it to false if it dind'nt fix the problem i know another way it will gain 20-30 fps more and it will also make graphics look better . Let me know if it dint work i'll tell u another way

Turning AA to 2x, disabling ambient and FXAA has fixed my stuttering completely thank you times a billion
