running fallout 3 on windows 8.1



  1. windows live 설치
  2. d3d9.dll 2메가 찾아서 붙여넣기
  3. Open program files(x86)
  4. go to Steam
  5. go to Steam apps
  6. go to Common
  7. then go to Fallout 3
  8. fallout3.exe falloutlauncher.exe 호환성 모드 XP
