transmission setup

transmission-cli 설치
/var/lib/transmission/.config/transmission-daemon/settings.json
download-dir, incomplete-dir, incomplete-dir-enabled 수정
/mnt/sdb/tr 같은 곳 지정 (chown transmission:)
cronie 설치
sudo crontab
• * * * * * /mnt/sdb/after_download.sh
